Our Prosecco begins in the Veneto and Friuli regions of Italy,
where the climate is known for producing the ideal Glera
grapes, the official grape of Prosecco. Once sourced, the wine
undergoes a slow, cool fermentation to maintain the grapes
delicate aromas, before a secondary fermentation in stainless
steel tanks helps to produce a fresh and creamy finish.
Not only does this versatile wine pair well with everything from
linguine with clams to Meyer lemon short cake, but it also
makes for the perfect Spritz or Sunday Brunch Mimosa.
